After progressing through a wide range of senior management positions in systems and IT infrastructure, Jackie became a Managing Director in the Banking and Custody Operations based at BNY Mellon's European headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
She then led the company's move to Manchester in 2005 and has since led the recruitment and training of almost 1,000 school-leavers, graduates and professionals.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing a 250-strong European Cash Operations scheme which provides foreign exchange support for the company's dealing rooms in London and Brussels and money transfer services for European clients.
