EMEA Fee Billing
By building a network of contacts from across BNY Mellon's global operations, members of the Account Management team provide major financial and institutional clients with access to the products and services that match their exact needs.
These positions are at the frontline of custodian banking, requiring candidates to manage client relationships and undertake a wide variety of activity from maintaining accounts to evaluating risk and minimising potential financial losses.
Ideal candidates: Relationships are key in these roles, so excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities is essential. People who work well under pressure are well suited to these roles and European language skills would also be advantageous.
Currently managing relationships with a value of US$1.1 trillion, the Client Services & Control team are key points of contact for clients and play an important role in acting as ambassadors for the company as a whole.
The requirements of clients from across the UK, Europe and the Middle East are varied and change on a day to day basis, making this an exciting team to be a part of.
Ideal candidates: These client-led roles require candidates who can be flexible and have the ability to prioritise. Exceptional communication skills for meeting and liaising with clients are also vital.
The Full Service team sets up custody billing for various European, Middle East and African clients, resolving any subsequent queries and obtaining payment of outstanding invoices.
These positions offer an opportunity to work with our internal teams and develop relationships with new and existing clients on behalf of the company.
Ideal candidates: Due to the relationship focus of these roles, EMEA Fee Billing candidates need to have strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills and the ability to take an analytical approach to resolving issues.
